The Real Estate division of public transport operator RATP is in charge of managing the group’s flexible workplaces. At the same time, its division Urban Station also operates and develops coworking spaces and event sites.

Supported by the Workplace Experience app from Spacewell, RATP’s Real Estate division provides occupants with a working environment in tune with the 21st century. The app also gives them access to real-time space utilization data and analytics that can be used to optimize office space planning. This analysis has enabled RATP to reduce its overall office footprint by nearly a third.
