Hyderabad, 13 March, 2020 – Spacewell, a global provider of facility management software and smart building solutions, has been selected by a major investment fund in Singapore to support them with digital workplace transformation.
In a first phase, Spacewell will help their new client set up a global help desk solution that connects their multiple offices and addresses typical pain points of service request management. Spacewell’s modular IWMS software provides powerful functionality for help desk and work order management, including a mobile app enabling facility teams and technicians to manage work on the go.
As a multi-billion-dollar management fund, Spacewell’s new customer undertook extensive due diligence before awarding the contract. The process not only covered product capabilities, but also IT security, hosting and product development roadmap. The software will be implemented in a SaaS model.
Spacewell’s Vishal Mani commented: “We are proud to serve this leading financial institution and look forward to a long-term successful business partnership. The current project is a first step towards our client’s larger objective of creating responsive, connected work environments.”
