Eelco Voogd
CEO of Reworc
Eelco Voogd is the CEO of Reworc, the software platform that makes work work. Eelco has a passion for improving how people get things done more efficiently. In 2005 he traded his role of managing consultant at a TOP 10 IT consultancy for that of entrepreneur and founder of a ‘design for service’ agency. Working for large companies, he saw how work was rapidly changing because of IT and increased mobility. And he witnessed the pain and frustration of thousands of professionals using impressive-looking offices that didn’t work. To end the loss of productivity and happiness, he and his co-founder Ilya developed a platform in 2012 that analyzes employee needs and wants. A decade later, Reworc is an established brand in analyzing employee needs, having analyzed more than a thousand organizations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, including such renowned companies as SAP, Barclays, Coca-Cola and PWC. Today, many ministries, universities and medium-sized and large organizations rely on the information Reworc provides to make work work! www.reworc.com
